My focus is the access model problems that appear when SaaS products move beyond simple team based permissions and start serving larger customers: custom roles, delegated administration, partner users, support access, API keys, background jobs, exports, audit trails, and tenant boundaries.

These problems usually surface when customers ask for SSO, SCIM, custom roles, delegated admins, audit evidence, and stronger tenant-boundary guarantees. If the model is unclear, they become enterprise sales blockers, security review gaps, audit problems, or cross-tenant data-risk issues.

My perspective comes from leading security sensitive platform work at Meta and Bumble across Trust & Safety tooling, privacy-constrained support systems, identity bridging flows, and multi tenant platform foundations operating at large scale.

Earlier in my career, I worked across customer facing platform, startup, and enterprise environments at Conviva, Paytm, and Deloitte. That range helps me evaluate authorization and tenant isolation problems with both product delivery pressure and enterprise operating constraints in mind.

The goal is not tool advocacy. The goal is clearer access models, better tenant-boundary enforcement, and fewer hidden authorization assumptions inside product architecture.
